We use third-party services to power AdventureHop:

• Google Gemini: We use Google's Gemini API to generate stories. Text inputs you provide to create stories are sent to Google. Please refer to Google's API privacy policies regarding data usage for API services.
• Supabase: We use Supabase to securely store your account information and saved stories.

5. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclaimer

Stories are generated using artificial intelligence and may occasionally contain inaccuracies or unexpected content. Parents or guardians should review stories before sharing them with children.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

AdventureHop is intended for parents and legal guardians to create personalized stories for children. Children under 13 should not create accounts or submit personal information directly. Parents are responsible for supervising their child's use of the service. If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.

7. Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain your account information and saved stories until you delete your account or request deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can delete your account directly within the app, or by contacting us at support@adventurehop.app.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure.

9. Purchases and Refunds

Purchases are subject to our Terms of Service.

10. Business Transfers & International Users

Business Transfers: If AdventureHop is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

International Users: AdventureHop is operated from the United States.
